Lets be clear, I dont want to charge so little, but I have reasons:

I'm afraid that is top secret information. I do not release my training methods online. IF you want to know, you are going to have to attend bootcamp. Hey when I went to bootcamp, they only told me to jog, do push ups and sit ups. HAHAHA. When you get to Ft. Benning you wish you had more intel. (*Nevertheless, I always scored above 300 on my APFT from beginning to end of service including SFAS and Iraq Pt tests.)
